When you’re ready, use the prepaid mailer received in your kit to send your dental impression back to us. It’s already addressed—all you have to do is mail it.

United StatesMy night guard has quite a bit of the infamous calcium build up. I have used this device several times and the amount of calcium 'might' be decreasing. I have used a nightguard cleaning tablet in the unit once and have also used vinegar once...again...I think the calcium buildup is decreasing. I should have take a before picture I guess. My hope is that even if it takes a while, the calcium buildup will disappear. I like having the UV light to disinfect, even if the ultrasonic cleaning is disappointing.
