Great mouth guard - great experience

I recently lost the mouth guard I got through my dentist. It cost a small fortune. I decided to give JS Dental a try. It was an easy process, the guard is better quality and far less expensive. Plus the customer service is fantastic. I’ve already ordered a back up guard - which I was unable to afford before now. Highly recommend!

very happy with product

mouth guard fits very well. very easy to take impression and send it back. about 1/10th the cost of the one from the dentist which always breaks in 6 months. This seems like it will last much longer.

Hard to review something I’ve yet to receive

After receiving the first impression kit, I submitted 2 impressions for review. The support reps suggested I try again with a new impression kit. It was mailed to me USPS which takes a week to get to Ohio. I made new impressions, neither of which the reps were satisfied with, but I sent in all 4 impressions and asked that the lab use what they thought was the best one. Two weeks later I received the mouth guard (approximately 1 1/2 mths after placing my order). I was excited that I finally had a custom guard. I was disappointed that the guard needed some adjustments. I immediately sent back the guard, assuming it would receive expedited service. That was not the case. It’s been 10 weeks since placing my order and I have no mouth guard to properly review. I have asked for immediate shipment of my adjusted mouth guard or a full refund.
