Excellent Night Guard

It was very easy to order a night guard. JS Dental already had a digital representation in their system. We placed the order and within 2 weeks, we had the new night guard. Would not hesitate ordering from them again.

Terrible customer service

My first guard was great. I recently ordered another one and it didn’t fit. The customer service agent acted like it should be fine but I couldn’t even put it on my teeth and sent pictures. I asked for a replacement and they put the onus on me to send it back on my own, fill out a form so they can investigate whether there is really a problem, and then request a reimbursement for my shipping which is covered up to $5. I don’t have time to correct their mistake and shouldn’t have to waste my time convincing them there is an error. I would rather find another company. Definitely don’t recommend.

Tight at first, then fine

My night guard was tighter at first, compared to the last one, which maybe means my jaw has moved a bit. I have had some dental work done. But after a week, it fit fine, and I am happy to have it. Thanks to Dylan and the whole team!

Recommend

My experience was great! My last night guards cost $800 through my dentist. They cracked in half after dropping. My JS guards cost a fraction of that and are just as nice. Fit great too!
