At JS Dental Lab, we take that seriously.

Every custom night guard we make is backed by our 12/12 Promise.

The first 12 means your purchase is backed by a 12-month satisfaction guarantee. If your guard does not fit right, feel right, or work the way it should, we will take reasonable steps to make it right, including adjustments, remakes, or other appropriate solutions. If we are ultimately unable to do so, we will issue a full refund.

The second 12 means your guard is backed by a 12-month durability guarantee. If your guard does not last at least 12 months under normal use, we will replace it free of charge.

Order cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund any time before your impression kit ships.

Once your impression kit has shipped, but before your case has entered the custom manufacturing process, your order is eligible for a partial refund minus a $10 impression kit fulfillment fee. This fee helps cover part of the cost of the impression kit and outbound shipping already incurred.

In most cases, there is no need to return the kit.

If the cancellation is due to an error on our end, we may still issue a full refund.
