EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

The entire process is excruciating slow! 2-weeks to receive the kit; 6 days to receive a response from the photos you are mandated to send either via email or text; and then 3-weeks to receive the guard, just to find out it fits loosely on one side and keeps falling off. You can ONLY contact JS Dental Lab via text or email and it takes 3-4 days to receive a response. In addition, email communication is like pulling teeth! One day they give you some directives and the next the directive change. They give you (answer you) in bits and pieces of information and never address your questions or concerns completely. I had initially decided to use this service remotely to save some money — I regret it!. it's NOT WORTH all the time I wasted, the effort and aggravation!
