Very disappointing

The trays were too big for my mouth and I emailed 4 times to have smaller trays sent but I’ve had no response and am left with nothing. Very frustrated at the lack of customer service. I would not recommended .

Great Experience From Beginning to Completion

The molding process was an easy one and I most appreciated the initial feedback exchange to let me know that I was proceeding on the right track. The turnaround time from submission of the mold to return of the finished night guard was only 10 days. The night guard fit perfectly, with no issues. In complete transparency I must admit that it was 2-3 nights before I could sleep through without removing the guard, but I at this point, I am totally comfortable with the guard, and the clenching issue is greatly relieved.
