Excellent Product and I Now Own 3!

I found JS dental lab after my dentist quoted me $1500 for a night guard which was a conservative estimate. My first purchase was the hard, durable. night guard which fit like a glove and was very comfortable. I bought a second one for travel and last week a set of teeth whitening trays. These are high quality materials and my original night guard is over a year old. The repurchase program makes it very affordable. The trickiest part is the molding and the impressions which takes a little getting used too. The company is very good about texting and providing feedback on the the impressions. I will continue to repurchase and recommend.

Great Service; Great Product

The service is awesome. I had to order another one because my dog found mine tasty, and they messaged me back, asking me if I wanted them to send a replacement rather than having to do a new mold. The cost is great. My dentist wanted me to get one from them that would cost over $500. Just think if my dog ate that one. I have bragged about this company to my dentist and recommended them to others.

My recent order

An item from my order was omitted twice. I did not receive an apology for this oversight which would have gone a long way with me. I also ordered the teeth whitening kit and received it with no instructions. When I asked for instructions, I was emailed a link to purchase the teeth whitening kit. I had to ask a 2nd time.
