So far so good!

I have been wearing a night guard for about 5 years and I have always gotten them from my dentists office. The most recent one I have had less than a year was incredibly worn and actually cracked. Knowing how expensive they are at the dentist, I decided to see what other options there were. Having worked in the dental field myself, I recognized the name JS Dental Labs and found their try for $1 offer. I ordered the hybrid option because I clench as well as grind and I liked that it’s got a little bit of a cushion as well as the hard guard. The package arrived quickly with my impression trays and materials, I sent a picture once my impression was taken and got approved and shipped it out. The finished product did take a few weeks to get to me, but upon arrival it fit perfectly. The cleaning brush and carrying case were a nice touch! I have been wearing it every night and I don’t wake up with jaw pain like I did with my other guards from the dentist. Would 100% recommend. Only thing to note is that the 30 day charge is from the date of original order, not the date you receive the finished product. So make sure you finish your impressions as soon as you get them in order to get the most out of your trial time. Thankfully I am satisfied with my night guard, and I will be continuing to order from JS Dental Labs in the future!

Great, friendly service and communication

Very pleased with the customer service - texting back and forth with your rep was easy and fast, especially when trying to make a good impression of my teeth. Video on youtube "How to take your own teeth impression" was also extremely helpful. 5 stars. Receiving my kit and finished guard did take a little longer than expected, since sent via U.S. Mail. All in all, very satisfied, and will be a repeat customer - Thanks!
