Easy to do but lacks clarity and communication

I recently purchased an in-home night card and have spent some time exploring its features and service. Here's my detailed review of the experience so far. Pros - Convenience: The most significant advantage is the convenience it offers. Being able to use it at home means I don't have to worry about leaving the house or sticking to business hours. It's a great option for those with a busy schedule or mobility issues. - Quality: The product is well-made and feels durable. The materials used are of high quality, and it doesn't seem like it will wear out quickly. It's also user-friendly, with a straightforward design that makes it easy to operate. - Price: Compared to other similar products on the market, the price is quite reasonable. It's affordable for most budgets, making it accessible to a wider range of people. Plus, it offers a good balance of features for the cost. Cons - Confusing Fee Structure: One of the downsides is the fee structure, which can be a bit unclear. The pricing model includes various additional costs that aren't immediately obvious. It took me some time to understand what I was actually paying for, and I had to contact customer support for clarification. I was charge an extra $50 dollar although it was made clear it was going to be $99. It would take me weeks to get my refund. - Slow Response Times: Speaking of customer support, the response times were quite slow. I reached out with some questions, and it took a long time to get a reply. This can be frustrating, especially when you need assistance quickly. It would be beneficial if they could streamline their support process to be more responsive. - Changing Customer Reps: Another issue I encountered was the inconsistency in customer service. Each time I reached out, I was dealing with a different representative. This led to some confusion and repetition, as I had to explain my issue from scratch each time. It would be better if they assigned a single point of contact to handle a customer’s queries from start to finish. Overall, the in-home night card is a solid product with some minor issues. While it offers convenience, quality, and a reasonable price, the customer service aspects could use some improvement. If the fee structure were clearer and the customer support more consistent, it would be an even better experience.

This is my third Night Guard from JS. All have been superb. My dentists is terrific, but nighguards from JS are superior to those made in a dental office. I suspect the secret is their quality control.
